Building Pune's Comedy Ecosystem

Flow Comedy is building a robust ecosystem for comedy in Pune — from the ground up. We do this by championing local talent, giving young and experienced comics alike a real stage, real audiences, and real opportunities to grow.

We take Flow to every possible public event — open mics, curated shows, festivals, and corporate stages — because we believe comedy thrives when it's everywhere, not locked behind a single venue.

At Flow Comedy Club, our intimate 25-seat venue in Aundh, we've created a premium, immersive comedy space — dark interiors, warm lighting, a carefully designed stage — where every seat is the best seat in the house.

For corporate clients, this translates into entertainment that isn't generic or off-the-shelf. Every show is curated with comics who've been honed in our ecosystem — sharp, polished, and ready to deliver for your team.

Who We Are

The Team Behind Flow

Sachin
Founder & Stand-Up Comedian

Sachin is a stand-up comedian who founded Flow Comedy Club to contribute to the comedy ecosystem in Pune. With a BTech from IIT Roorkee and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University, he began his professional career at Tata Steel Limited before spending over a decade in education — starting as a Grade 4–5 teacher in a municipal school in Pune with Teach For India, and going on to mentor students admitted to Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, and more.

He was a consultant to the CBSE board on DIKSHA, a Ministry of Education initiative, and worked as a Senior Product Manager at Walmart in San Francisco before coming back to do something far less predictable. An avid history student, he hosts a podcast on Spotify with over 16,000 downloads and runs a history quiz show for working professionals.

Chief Business Officer

Mohini is a Harvard Kennedy School graduate in Business, Government & Education Policy. She is currently General Manager of Indigo Research and Crimson Capstone at Crimson Education, a multinational admissions consulting company, where she leads products with ARR upwards of USD 60 million.

Prior to this, she was a leader within BCG's Education, Employment and Welfare practice, and Director of Partnerships at uConnect, working closely with college administrators at Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and 120+ US universities. She started her career as a teacher trainer, curriculum coach, and facilitator with the Teach For All network through Teach For India — which is where she and Sachin met.
